What is BLOOM?

BLOOM is a two-day strategic creative retreat for founders, influencers, media professionals, and brand leaders who want intentional growth, meaningful connection, and professional brand visibility in an intimate setting.

When and where is BLOOM held?

June 3–4, 2026 at Weekapaug Inn in Weekapaug, Rhode Island.

Is this a conference?

No. BLOOM is intentionally curated as a working retreat — smaller, more strategic, and designed for real conversations and real momentum.

How many attendees will there be?

Space is intentionally limited to preserve intimacy, access, and high-touch experiences.

This is not just access to programming — it is built-in brand elevation.

Are accommodations included?

No. Guest rooms are booked directly through Weekapaug Inn. A preferred event rate and booking link will be provided to ticket holders.

Can I share a room?

Yes. Many attendees choose to share accommodations.

Is there a payment plan option?

Yes. Paid-in-full pricing offers the best rate. Installment options are available at a higher tier.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the intimate nature of the event and planning commitments, tickets are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred with approval.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, with written approval prior to the event.

Do you offer a day pass?

Yes. A limited number of Wednesday Day Pass tickets are available.

The Wednesday Day Pass includes:

• Access to Wednesday programming
• Strategy Pods
• The Media Huddle
• Coastal picnic lunch
• Signature Seaside Social lobster bake
• Group event photography
• One branded portrait image

Please note: The Day Pass does not include Thursday programming, continental breakfast, the full Branding Photo Experience, or the Professional Social Spotlight Package.

Day Pass availability is intentionally limited.

CONTENT + VISIBILITY

What is the Branding Photo Experience?

Each attendee participates in a structured mini branding session during the retreat.

You will receive:

  • One professional headshot
  • One branded portrait image
  • Access to styled coastal photography moments
  • Candid and group event imagery

Images are delivered within 2–3 weeks following the event and may be used for your website, press, speaker pages, and social media.

What is the Professional Social Spotlight Post?

Each attendee receives a curated Instagram carousel feature promoting her business or brand to the NECC audience.

  • Custom-designed carousel
  • Professionally written spotlight caption
  • Strategic tagging
  • Amplification within the BLOOM community

Spotlights will roll out in the weeks following the retreat to extend momentum beyond the event.

What do I need to provide for my spotlight?

After BLOOM, you will complete a short intake form including:

  • Website
  • Social handles
  • Brand description
  • Current focus (launch, offer, initiative)

We handle the design and copy.

Can I bring my own photographer?

To preserve the retreat atmosphere, only the official event photography team may capture structured content.

Will there be video content?

Select moments may be captured for promotional use. Custom video support can be discussed separately.

What are Strategy Pods?

Small, curated breakout sessions focused on specific business challenges — designed for real feedback and actionable clarity.

What is the Media Huddle?

An intimate conversation with media professionals about pitching, positioning, and visibility.

Is there structured networking?

Yes — but intentionally designed to feel natural and collaborative rather than transactional.

What should I expect from the overall schedule?

ATTIRE + PACKING

What should I wear?

Elevated coastal chic. Polished but relaxed. We recommend:

  • 1–2 strong content outfits

  • Light layers for coastal evenings

Will there be time for outfit changes?

Yes. We intentionally build in space for content moments.

Is this cliquey?

No. The retreat structure supports thoughtful introductions and curated conversation.

What airport is closest?

TF Green Airport (PVD) is approximately 45 minutes away.

Can you help coordinate rides?

Yes. A private attendee group will be created prior to the event to coordinate carpools and connections.

Is parking available?

Yes, complimentary parking is available for day and overnight guests.
